An integral part of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Qigong (chee-gong) is an exercise therapy and form of 'moving meditation' which increases internal energy circulation through physical movement.

It has been shown to improve energy levels, mental clarity, circulation, immune function, hormonal balance, emotional well-being and to relieve chronic pain and muscular tension. Above all, it is relaxing and fun!

This workshop introduces the basics of Qigong and the ‘Five Element Theory’ of TCM with a beautiful Qigong practice and guided meditation. Designed to bring you balance, inner harmony and mental clarity, qigong is fun, easy to learn and suitable for complete beginners.

In this workshop you will:

  • Learn the basics of qigong - how it works, basic postures, feeling chi

  • Discover the ‘5 Elements’ including their organs, emotions and energy channels

  • Experience beautiful flowing movements & postures relating to the Five Elements

  • Enjoy a guided meditation to rebalance and replenish the energies of your organs
